PAS/PCA include assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility, companionship, meal preparation and feeding, light housekeeping and laundry, running errands, shopping and transportation to appointments. Live-in services are also available as well.
Each caregiver is specially selected based on the client’s specific needs and requests. We understand that companionship is equally as important as a skill set. Client/caregiver compatibility is essential to the overall health and well being of our clients and staff. By conducting in-home meet & greets, we strive to provide our clients with not just a caregiver but a skilled companion they can relate to.
Transitional care plays a key role in the road to recovery and stability. We specialize in our client’s transition from hospital or nursing home to living independently in their communities. By reducing the risk of accidents, hospitalizations and illness our clients enjoy safe living in the comfort of their home surrounded by those they love and trust.
(Applicable to Pennsylvania residents only.)
If you prefer to designate a friend or family member to provide care, we specialize in accrediting family members as Direct Care Workers.
